DEAR OWNERS, Thank You for choosing Doldowlod Old Station caravan park for your holiday home. We wish you and yours a a happy and peaceful new year and we look forward to welcoming you back from 1st March onwards. Don't forget that visiting your caravan in the closed period is by prior arrangement only (the gate to the park is closed and we will need to meet you and open it for you). Visits between 2/1/24 and 1/3/24 are only permitted between 9am and 4pm. There has been very severe weather here this winter with temperaturs as low as -12 0C. If you did not use Roger's guaranteed winter drain-down service (to prevent boiler damage or burst pipes due to frost) please be aware that there may be frost damage to your pipes/boiler. Owners are responsible for the cost of damage repair (unless the Park Drain Down Service was used). If you took advantage of the guaranteed service, then please let Roger know a few days before you wish to return so that he can reconnect your services. Please remember that we get late frosts well into the spring in this part of Wales.
As ever, we hope that you enjoy your time at Doldowlod Old Station. The James family & the wardens thank you for putting your trust in us & we hope that you & your families remain warm and well this winter. |
